Double chin is a layer of fatty tissues due to obesity or fat sometimes due to age factor our skin loses the elasticity which also causes double chain.Few times Thyroid and genetic fact are also responsible for double chin in this cases double chin reduction with following tips is not highly effective.In this case, you have to consult with your physician. 

There is the number of remedies for double chin reduction

(a)Exercises .     (b) Diet plans.            (c) Skin tightening treatment.               (d) Acupressure points.

(e) Surgical shaper.

Exercises for Double chin reduction:-

1.SOFTBALL EXERCISE

  • Place a 9- to10-inch (tennis or softball)ball under your chin.
  • Press your chin down against the ball.
  • Repeat 25 times daily.

2. TONGUE STRETCH

  • Looking straight ahead, stick your tongue out as far as you can and focus on your tongue.
  • Lift your tongue upwards towards your nose.
  • Hold for 10 seconds and release.

    3. JAWLINE STRETCH

  • eats 3 sugar-free chewing gum in a day.
  • use every chewing gum for 20 minutes.

          4.NECK STRETCHING

  • Firstly, sit straight on a chair.
  • Close your eyes, move your chin towards your check, Count for 10.
  • Then, Slowly rotate your head to the right and count for 10.
  • Slowly rotate your head to the left and count for 10.
  • Lastly, slowly drop your head back down and count for 10.
  • Repeat this process 6 times.

Diet plan for Double chin reduction:-

  • You have to start with 15-18 glass of water daily
  •  Buy a sweater {STEVIANA or NATURAl SUGAR-FREE) you have to use this instead of regular table sugar.Can use sugar-free (STEVIA OR SUGAR-FREE NATURAl ONLY).with this sweetener your all body fat will reduce with your double chin reduction.
  • AVOID list:- Wheat, rice, pulses, sweets, south Indian food(idli, dosa, uttapam etc.), Chinese foods. No bread, any food items of white flour, potato, sweet potato, beetroot, carrot, raw onion, onion in cooked form is allowed, Sprouts & beans, kidney beans, chickpeas etc).

    Avoid aerated drinks like thumbs up/Pepsi/7up etc. or any fruit pulp because all these food contains the high amount of carbs which mainly causes double chin and obesity.

  • STEP1 -start Locate the points on the left side of the face and use the thumb you can follow the upper image.
  • STEP2- Gently press the first point until you feel no more than a comfortable pain.
  • STEP3- Hold the pressure while you knead the points with very small circular movements.
  •  STEP4- Breathe in smoothly and deeply and focus your mind on the points as you massage them.
  •  STEP5- Massage each point for 2-3 minutes several times a day.

    I also have double chin and I found softball exercise and tounge stretch suitable for me as it is simple to do.

      yes, dear you can follow this two but you also have to reduce sugar content and drink near about 15-20 glass of water per day.
